Overview: The Behavioural Leader frames leadership through the lens of Behavioural Psychology and assumes that delegates are already competent in their work discipline.
Options: A version of this programme can be run for Managers and Aspiring Leaders
Description: The differentiating factor is not increased skill in technical or operational elements of the job… but in self-awareness, personal impact and understanding others. With a ‘Golden thread’ of COMMUNICATION running throughout the course, delegates can expect an interactive, challenging and practical experience with opportunities to implement the learning immediately. The course is divided into three distinct phases, each building on the previous to create a full and rounded learning experience.

PHASE 3 At this point, delegates dictate the learning. Typical subjects chosen include:

  • Presentation skills
